Group Fitness Class

The term group fitness encompasses any and all forms of fitness that’s done in a group setting, led by a personal trainer or group instructor. Nutree Center offers a whole schedule of group fitness classes, such as


workouts that include strength training, core, and helps for fat loss and strength muscles.


Rebounding (the act of jumping on a rebounder) is a full-body workout that impacts your entire body that has many benefits such as Build strength and weight loss unlike targeted training, jumping requires the use of multiple muscles.

Zumba class:

Zumba is a high-energy dance fitness program involving moves on international beats. All around the world, Zumba is being practiced owing to its health benefits, including mind relaxation, stress management, and physical fitness and weight loss.

Aerobics and Cardio mix class:

Aerobics classes are fitness classes that are built around rhythmic, repetitive exercise. These classes can vary in style, but most of them follow a similar formula: An instructor walks you through a series of choreographed routines, typically by modeling various exercises and asking you to perform them. Has many benefits such as raising cardiovascular fitness and fat loss.

Kickboxing class:

Kickboxing strengthens and tones your legs, arms, gluts, back, and core all at once. You're moving through the entire workout, causing you to burn more calories while strengthening your muscles. This equates to fat loss, not muscle loss.

Step class:

Exercises using a step bench can boost mood and energy levels. The moves target your legs, upper body, and core, building strength and flexibility. They also improve your balance, coordination, and agility.
